About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Catalyst Life Sciences. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to departments, ensuring maximum efficiency in the operation and use of technical machines and systems, and maintaining pharmaceutical-technical requirements.
  • Qualification Measures: Implement qualification measures, including FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of GMP-compliant drug production and relevant legal requirements, including AMG, AMWHV, MPG, GDP guidelines, and ICH guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Participate in additional training as a project manager to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Possess very good knowledge of German and English (C1), both written and spoken.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading projects in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of pharmaceutical production and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong command of both written and spoken language.
