About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of specialized vehicle design solutions based in Aurich. They excel at developing, planning, and integrating technical systems within vehicles, containers, and machinery to create comprehensive, functional units.
Your Role as Sales Support Specialist
- Manage incoming inquiries and tenders, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare detailed calculations, project-specific documentation, acquisition proposals, and materials for trade shows.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to sub-project tasks, conceptual development, and tender submissions alongside the sales and technical team. Assist management with market research and contract negotiations.
- Review technical specifications, extract specific requirements, and work with management, sales, and design teams to develop tailored offers.
- Support procurement by participating in price negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers as part of order calculations.
Your Profile for Success
- Possess a technical or business degree or equivalent professional training.
- Demonstrate experience interacting with security authorities, gained through previous roles.
- Bring proven expertise in sales and project-related support of tenders from public clients, including knowledge of pricing and procurement law.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Sage, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate good English language skills.
