About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales and Contract Specialist to join our team at ENERCON. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various departments, including legal, project management, sales, and after-sales regions, to ensure contracts are up-to-date with current laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement global standard guidelines to streamline the contract creation process.
  • Provide training to other departments and support colleagues on contract standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business law, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in contract management, project management, or sales/after-sales, preferably in the wind energy sector.
  • Familiarity with the specific challenges and risks associated with offshore wind projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other contract management tools.
  • Fluent in German and English, preferably with exposure to a bilingual contractual environment.
