As Chief Financial Officer for our Business Units Rotary, Engine, and Safety, you will be responsible for assessing, challenging, and improving the financial performance of our three growth platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and supporting M&A processes
- Controlling and following up on return on investment of our business ventures
- Focusing on operations: close tracking of productivity improvements, ownership of selected key initiatives
- Launching and monitoring cost control programs, driving turn-around measures in underperforming entities
- Ensuring ambitious budgeting, realistic forecasting, and action-oriented monthly reporting
- Leading Finance & Controlling functions in the BUs, enhancing their capability and focusing the function on value-added to the P&L
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on individual:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience
- Experience in medium-sized company environment
- Experience in consulting or business management (P&L, Operations, or similar)
- University degree in business or economics
- Experience leading projects and international teams
- High strategic and analytical competence
- Excellent and precise communication style (oral and written)
- Independence, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel internationally (20-30%)
