Senior Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant at WalkMe, you will play a key role in empowering our partner ecosystem to sell and deliver WalkMe's value. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement sales engineering frameworks and processes for your region, guiding Global System Integrators (GSIs), System Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in delivering our technology and embedding it in their products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop joint go-to-market plans and strategic value propositions with WalkMe Alliance Managers and their partners.
- Discover partners' business models, needs, and gaps, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of underpinning technologies and workflows.
- Present WalkMe technology, roadmaps, and value propositions in the context of a partner's business to both executives and practitioners.
- Build and demonstrate WalkMe solutions tailored to the use cases and outcomes valued by the partner and their client base, and manage technical evaluations.
- Motivate and enable the partner to sell WalkMe as a value-add to their products and services.
- Participate in demand generation activities such as industry events, webinars, and blogging.
- Provide feedback on product and process improvements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales working with enterprise customers in a technical pre-sales, sales engineer, functional/technical consultant, or process consultant role.
- A technical undergraduate degree.
- Experience building and presenting live demo environments for customers at all levels - engineers to C-level executives.
- A deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business value.
