Job Description

We are seeking a Mandatory Inventory Management Intern to join our Hamburg office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling and booking inbound goods, tracking material flows, and performing regular stocktakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate locations and update stock levels for inbound goods
  • Issue materials based on production requirements
  • Perform regular stocktakes and report discrepancies with the ERP Database
  • Create pallet IDs for storing products at external locations and make recall lists for weekly recalls
  • Analyze stock levels, spending, and inventory turnover for material stored at external warehouse locations
  • Revise SOPs for material handling and improve processes regularly
Requirements
  • Currently studying in the field of Economics/Supply Chain Management or a comparable degree program
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and a basic understanding of databases
  • Fluent in English and preferably German
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Great at multitasking, attention to detail, and task prioritization
  • You are a European citizen or are studying in Germany
