About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Lager at BYTECLUB GmbH. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory levels
  • Conduct thorough inspections of received goods to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment
  • Utilize technical skills to manage inventory and track shipments
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Participate in weekend shifts as needed, with a maximum of 4 Saturday shifts per year

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in technical skills, such as inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
