About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Zeitpunkt oHG Personaldienstleistungen. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and consolidation of commissioned orders
  • Commissioning of goods using a hand scanner and pick list
  • Verification of goods quantity and quality
  • Daily shipment recording using an EDV system
  • Inventory management and booking of goods in the warehouse management system
  • Packaging of goods for shipment
  • Operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • General warehouse duties
Requirements
  • Completed training in logistics or a related field (e.g. Warehouse Specialist, Logistics Coordinator)
  • Teamwork, responsibility, and reliability
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Stapler certification with training on high-speed staplers is an asset
  • Physical stamina
