About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified researcher to join our team at the Department of Communication and Media Research at the University of Zurich.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in the field of strategic communication, focusing on innovative areas such as sustainable and environmental communication.
- Complete a dissertation in three to four years, working closely with our team and under the supervision of Prof. Strauß.
- Attend academic conferences and publish in academic journals in the field, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in strategic communication.
- Collaborate with team members on existing projects and develop new projects, leveraging your expertise in communication science and related areas.
- Teach one class per semester relevant to your research interests in our BA programs, sharing your knowledge with the next generation of communication professionals.
- Engage in further academic qualifications, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
- Handle organizational and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our research team.
About You
We are looking for an excellent Master's degree holder in Communication Science or a related area, with a strong interest in strategic communication and related fields such as organizational communication, corporate communication, public relations, or investor relations.
