Be part of a dynamic team of 12 colleagues and contribute to the growth of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As an intern in mergers and acquisitions, you will work on exciting national and international transactions, supporting the processing and analysis of companies. Your tasks will include market and company analysis, company valuation, and preparation of decision documents for management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in the implementation of national and international transactions in company acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
  • Support the implementation of company valuations using recognized valuation methods.
  • Prepare decision documents for management.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of screening projects.
  • Contribute to portfolio, key figure, market, and competition analyses.
Your Profile
  • Degree in economics, law, engineering, or natural sciences (4th semester or higher).
  • First practical experience, e.g., in industry, management consultancy, or investment bank.
  • Interest in financial issues.
  • Sound analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Independent, responsible working style combined with very good English skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
