Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Secretary (m/w/d) to join our team in the Department of Geriatrics. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the clinic's secretariat independently
- Provide autonomous support to doctors in all aspects of daily business
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write medical reports
- Collaborate effectively with the team

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or completed training as a medical assistant (m/w/d)
- Knowledge of applied professional methods and models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Office applications
