Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary (m/w/d) to join our team in the Department of Geriatrics. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our medical team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the clinic's administrative tasks, including scheduling, organization, and communication
- Provide administrative support to our medical team, including writing medical reports and correspondence
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or medical assistant training (m/w/d)
- Knowledge of applied professional methods and models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
