Strategic Project Management Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Program Office as a Project Management Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our global teams to support the execution of program activities and ensure effective delivery of results to our internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO office in day-to-day operations, including preparation for SAP internal stakeholder engagements at the executive level.
- Foster collaboration between program workstreams and other HR functions to drive global strategic project management.
- Prepare and provide high-quality communication, reports, and presentations for senior management and employees.
- Participate in project activities, define deliverables, and offer solutions for complex challenges.
- Ensure project goals and milestones are met, resulting in meaningful outcomes for our customers (employees and ecosystem).
- Communicate effectively and clearly, respecting cultural differences.
- Develop cooperative relationships with similar functions within SAP.
Requirements
- Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of business administration, psychology, marketing, etc.
- Interest in agile project management or change management.
- Enthusiastic approach, taking responsibility, pragmatic action, and accountability for results.
- Creating effective PowerPoint presentations and content, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and deliver high-quality, effective results.
