We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SAP Information Technology iXp Intern in Strategic Communications. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal communications, event management, and strategic communications.
Key Responsibilities- Support the internal communications efforts of the SAP IT organization (Corporate Processes & Information Technology, CPIT).
- Gain practical experience in internal coordination of event management, planning, support, and documentation of meetings, as well as follow-up activities and next steps.
- Take on an active role in working groups or be responsible for dedicated event and/or project formats, as well as close collaboration with communications and event organizers.
- Develop and demonstrate advanced written and verbal communication skills by writing and editing various internal communication resources for the entire CPIT organization.
- Support the creation and implementation of communication plans and the definition of strategic initiatives for employees.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments around the world on communication and project management to understand the full scope of CPIT operations.
- Collaborate with communications colleagues from the Business Operations Team and gain insights into the operations of one of the world's leading IT organizations.
We are looking for a student who wants to gain practical experience and apply academic knowledge in a practical environment. You should be proactive, well-organized, solution-oriented, and motivated by lifelong learning.
- PREFERRED STUDY FIELDS: Business Administration / Business Informatics / Marketing / Communication / Media or related fields in the humanities.
- Computer skills: Office 365 (advanced).
- Languages: Business fluent in English and German.
- Hard skills: Time management, project management experience, data visualization, and process analysis procedures.
- Soft skills: Team player, open-minded, detail-oriented, communicative, self-motivated, reliable.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in developing marketing, brand, or communication strategies; knowledge of the latest trends in information technology and first experience with social media management, video editing, or graphic design tools.
