Strategic Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Project Coordinator to join our CIS Strategic Projects & Customer team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational growth and innovation by coordinating project activities and tracking progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior project managers and program managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assist in managing complex initiatives across CIS and other key areas, supporting stakeholder communication and engagement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project management methodologies and tools.
- Support the creation of internal communication assets to ensure clarity and alignment within the team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Innovation Management, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a proven capacity to structure concepts from strategy to execution.
- Excellent customer interaction skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, open-minded, and resourceful, with a pragmatic approach to challenges.
- Proven problem-solving skills, emphasizing teamwork, results, and people-focused solutions.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and German (mandatory), with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages.
