Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Ströhmann oHG as a Beverage Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Display and Sales: Create visually appealing product displays and actively sell beverages to customers, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Customer Engagement: Implement initiatives to engage customers, drive sales, and build strong relationships with our guests.
- Inventory Management: Accurately stock and price products, and check incoming inventory to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: Commercial apprenticeship or relevant experience in retail, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and sales strategies.
