Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Inventory Management: Receive and process incoming merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Product Presentation: Effectively merchandise products, ensuring they are attractively displayed and easily accessible to customers.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and making product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Commercial Experience: Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
