Sales Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our REWE team as a Beverage Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers and driving sales growth in our beverage department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Presentation: Create visually appealing product displays that showcase our beverage offerings and drive customer interest.
- Sales and Customer Service: Provide expert advice to customers on our beverage products, answer questions, and make recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Accurately stock and price products, and check incoming inventory to ensure that our shelves are always fully stocked and ready for customers.
- Store Operations: Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
