Procurement Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Associate Manager to join our EU & AEA Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies and risk management programs for raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and risk management programs for raw materials
- Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective purchasing policies and strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market structure and drivers for raw materials
- Identify opportunities and threats for future growth and development
- Develop and implement savings projects and tracking files
- Execute effective negotiations for raw materials purchases
- Prepare financial reports to track and anticipate material process evolution
- Present purchasing performance and strategies to senior management
- Coordinate continuous improvement programs with suppliers
- Work with legal teams to ensure contracts are in place for all major materials
- Ensure segmentation analysis and strategies are in place for all materials
- Implement e-tools to drive savings, simplification, and standardization programs
- Coordinate implementation of SMI with suppliers
- Continuously improve skills through training, information sharing, coaching, and feedback
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
- 2-4+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience for specialists
- 2-5+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience for managers
- 2-5 years of management experience
- SAP experience is an advantage
- English fluency
- Experience in international projects
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence
- Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
