Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with customers and transportation service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Support the planning and execution of national and international transportation operations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with driving and rest time regulations, as well as regional transportation requirements
- Oversee transportation execution and monitor any deviations
- Accurately document all relevant information for invoicing purposes
- Completed training as a merchant for logistics and transportation services or equivalent
- Desirable: prior experience in the logistics industry
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian languages
