Program Management Support Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Risk Governance team in Deutsche Börse AG. As an intern, you will play a key role in assisting the Program Management team with administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects within the Risk Governance / SAP GRC program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Management team in coordinating meetings, preparing supporting documents, and writing meeting minutes.
  • Support the team in tracking and consolidating project status reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Analyze and evaluate project effort estimates based on functional requirements.
  • Gain insights into agile project management (SCRUM methodology) and governance of SAP projects from a business perspective.
  • Support testing of SAP applications.
  • Contribute to the specification, planning, development, and enhancement of different SAP modules for Risk, Audit, or Compliance.

About You

  • You are a student enrolled in a state-recognized university, with a focus on economics, business studies, business informatics, mathematics, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • You have a strong interest in project management, control functions, statistics, financial markets, and capital markets.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, are able to work independently, and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You have experience with SAP or tools like Jira or SharePoint, and are fluent in written and spoken English.
