Your Role:
Within our Post Trade IT division, you will engage in the management and enhancement of the IT framework, systems, and applications that underpin our post-trading and issuance operations. Our IT product teams serve as essential facilitators for Clearstream and the entire Deutsche Börse Group's post-trading and issuance activities. The Central Post Trade IT Office empowers all Post Trade IT Product and related Legal Entity managers to focus on their core competencies by utilizing best practice methodologies for financial, resource, and strategic workforce management in a highly regulated environment.

As an intern in IT & Project Controlling, you will assist the Plan and Control Team within the Central Post Trade IT Office.
Our Mission: enable, support, and execute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of management reports.
  • Support daily operational tasks, including monitoring cloud and consultancy costs.
  • Contribute to various project assignments.
  • Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc tasks and analyses, participating in the forecasting and planning processes.
  • Aid in the development and enhancement of dashboards using Power BI.
  • Help maintain up-to-date documentation.

Your Profile:

  • You are currently enrolled at a recognized university and have completed at least three semesters in a relevant field, such as business or economics, preferably with a focus on controlling.
  • You possess strong independent working capabilities and effective communication skills.
  • You have advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in German and/or French is a significant advantage.
