Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin and support our Talent Acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles, status changes, and interview feedback
- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms
- Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs or campus recruiting activities, to promote the company and engage with potential candidates
Requirements
- Enrolled in a University and/or you are a fresh business graduate
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
- Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
