Your role will involve defining project scopes, converting them into actionable steps, and crafting strategic plans that yield significant outcomes. Your capability to pursue new business opportunities while nurturing enduring relationships with enterprise clients will be crucial for your success.

Key Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years in a strategic sales position, with substantial experience engaging with high-level stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D, ideally within the Finance, ManuPharma, or Consulting sectors.

- Fluency in English and German.
- Located in Germany.
- Experience managing complex solutions and navigating extended sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate autonomously and make strategic decisions that positively influence the business.
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving revenue goals and strategic targets.
- Generate up to 1M EUR in new bookings for impactful upskilling solutions at new and existing clients with over 2,500 employees across the DACH region.
- Establish and track performance metrics for your designated territory.
- Effectively allocate 80% of your time to acquiring new business and 20% to managing existing accounts, focusing on identifying growth opportunities and acting as a consultant.
- Become the primary expert in your territory for your customers' sectors, offering expert guidance on complex decisions.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Manage expectations and clearly communicate reasons for project or timeline adjustments.
- Collaborate with a team of customer success managers, account managers, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
- Strategically plan and align complex projects and communications to achieve Lepaya's objectives.
