About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Münster, Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Becoming product experts and driving sales through in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase repeat business
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve store goals and targets
Requirements
- Confident and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems
