Job Summary
The Clinical Sales Associate will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of our da Vinci Surgical Systems. This position requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the clinical sales plan to drive utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgical teams to ensure consistent usage of the system.
- Provide training and support to surgical teams to enhance their skills and confidence in using the da Vinci system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to expand the user base.
- Manage administrative tasks, including reporting and expense tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales or support in the medical device industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and local language as required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
