Senior Regional Sales Manager for Performance Sports

About the Role

The Brooks Tech Representative Manager will lead and execute the field support strategy in all distribution channels located within the DACH region to increase market share, amplify Brooks' product leadership, and create recognition, awareness, and loyalty for the brand.

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing/sales/retail management is preferred.
  • You have 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in athletic specialty.
  • You have 2+ years of marketing/sales experience within the sports industry, preferably with first leadership experience.
  • You possess basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, product merchandising, and retail selling skills.
  • You have knowledge of performance athletic footwear/apparel/accessories and their related technologies.
  • You understand the biomechanics of human motion and injury prevention basics.
  • You have a good understanding of the local running community in the DACH region, including events, clubs, coaches, and specialty retailers.
  • You are highly motivated and energetic with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and business English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the DACH Tech Rep Team.
  • Provide leadership to each Tech Rep within the region through consistent coaching, goal development, and commitment to supporting their career development paths.
  • Lead the overall field support efforts for Brooks at both SRA and Non-Specialty accounts.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop seasonal plans around product launches, in-store merchandising, and innovative grassroots programs at all accounts.
  • Execute strategic events and promotions in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist in managing all Tech Rep budgets within assigned territories in the DACH region.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
