About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Data Operations Specialist to join our team at Rolls-Royce. As a key member of our data operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data flows to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and utility for enhancing service delivery and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, introduce, and improve data supply chains to ensure seamless data flow and minimize manual tasks and errors.
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and governance, to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Support reporting and governance meetings to communicate and collaborate with global data governance teams.
- Operate and maintain data management systems to collect and process raw data into usable information for evaluations, optimization, and decision-making.
- Support and guide employees to ensure data quality and integrity, and conduct training sessions in data and governance.
Requirements
- A strong educational background with a completed university education and extensive industry-specific experience, or a specialized technical school education with long-term industry-specific experience and specialized knowledge.
- Proficiency in IBM MAXIMO and IBM COGNOS is preferred, alongside a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Data savvy with the ability to work with and interpret data, and business-fluent English skills.
