About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Data Operations Specialist to join our team at Rolls-Royce. As a key member of our data operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data flows to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and utility for enhancing service delivery and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and introduce new data sources to improve data supply chains
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain data supply chains to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and governance
  • Support reporting and governance meetings to communicate and collaborate with global teams
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, availability, completeness, and timeliness, minimizing manual tasks and errors
  • Operate and maintain data management systems to collect and process raw data into usable information
  • Support and guide employees in data and governance, conducting training sessions as needed

Requirements

  • Strong educational background with a completed university education and extensive industry-specific experience, or a specialized technical school education with long-term industry-specific experience and specialized knowledge
  • Proficiency in IBM MAXIMO and IBM COGNOS is preferred
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and data savvy skills with the ability to work with and interpret data
  • Business-fluent English skills
