Your Role

As an Operations Specialist Integrated Logistics, you will be part of an international team of logistics experts and customer-facing professionals. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, transportation providers, and customers, to deliver exceptional service and support.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the primary point of contact for defined services and ensure seamless execution of transportation orders from start to finish.
  • You will utilize our transportation management systems to monitor and optimize transportation processes, including handling special requests and exceptions.
  • You will be responsible for process monitoring and ensuring the agreed-upon delivery service is met, including identifying and addressing deviations, root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • You will leverage your logistics expertise to recognize operational issues and escalate them to your team lead in a timely manner.
  • You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, driving proactive execution and continuous improvement.
  • You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and process improvements through your ideas and suggestions.

Requirements

  • You hold a completed commercial vocational training in the logistics sector, preferably accompanied by a completed degree in the same field.
  • You possess extensive experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on air freight or land transport.
  • You are customer-oriented and detail-focused, with the ability to handle time-critical tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You are able to quickly understand and implement new processes, demonstrating a structured and independent work approach.
  • You possess excellent English language skills and good German language skills in writing and speaking.
  • You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data, identify trends, and develop efficiency-enhancing measures.
  • You are proficient in logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).
