Account Manager

As an Account Executive at Lucanet, you will be responsible for promoting our Digital Banking and Cash Management Solution to potential customers and clients in the DACH region. Your primary goal will be to acquire new customers and increase the growth and recognition of our innovative solutions in these key regions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers in the DACH region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the banking and cash management industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
