The Role
We are seeking an experienced Multilingual Office Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our staff and management.
Your primary duties will include:
- Performing daily office management tasks, ensuring seamless operations;
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and correspondence to relevant personnel;
- Coordinating and administering office supplies and materials;
- Drafting correspondence, translations, presentations, documents, and reports;
- Organizing legal and administrative files on a daily basis;
- Facilitating logistical arrangements, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings;
- Compiling data and producing KPIs for management;
- Liaising with internal colleagues and external contacts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A degree in secretarial work or a related field;
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a secretary, preferably in a law, accounting, or audit firm;
- Excellent redactional and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- A professional approach aligned with policies and procedures, with excellent teamwork skills;
- Fluency in French, German, and English; any additional language skills are highly valued;
- A high level of organization, rigor, and proactivity;
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer-service skills.
