Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at tristar GmbH. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
• Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage reservations, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee front office operations, including cash handling and debtor control.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless communication throughout the hotel.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management systems.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
