Your Responsibilities:
- Calibration of pipettes on-site
- Installation, training, maintenance, calibration, and repair of various laboratory equipment (e.g., pipettes, air samplers, centrifuges, cabinets, ovens)
- Independent planning and execution of on-site assignments in consultation with the Service Team
- Ordering of spare parts and management of the spare parts warehouse, taking into account customer needs and cost-effectiveness
- Timely creation of service reports
You Bring:
- Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics engineer, or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of laboratory equipment
- Ideal experience with SAP
- Good English skills in writing and speaking
- Dynamic and safe appearance, as well as a strong service and customer orientation
- Engagement and independence, as well as a structured, systematic, and team-oriented way of working
- High travel readiness
