About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team at Project A Ventures. In this role, you will play a critical part in building a global supply chain and taking responsibility for the acquisition, retention, and optimization of the supplier base, product portfolio, and pricing strategies.

As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing new suppliers to support our expansion into new markets and product categories, managing relationships with existing suppliers, and purchasing, contracting, and delivering high-value deals on a weekly basis.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Source new suppliers to support business growth and expansion
  • Manage supplier relationships, employing best practices throughout onboarding, negotiation, and contracting
  • Purchase, contract, and deliver high-value deals, demonstrating professionalism, operational excellence, and analytical skills
  • Optimize supply chain processes to handle significant growth in purchase volume
  • Develop pricing trends through market research and present insights to optimize sales and purchasing strategy
Your Profile
  • Graduate degree in business economics, supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a quantitative field
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in sales, purchasing, or supply chain-related functions
  • Fluency in German and English; any other language is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and experienced in RFQ evaluation, forecasting, planning, and risk management

Please note that this role is based in our Berlin office, and eligibility to work within the EU is required.
