Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Schadenabwicklung Specialist to join our team in Arnsberg. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling claims, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle claims from start to finish, including assessing damage, coordinating repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our national and international network partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services and processes.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
