We're looking for a motivated and organized working student to join our team in Walldorf. As a key member of our Global Real Estate & Facilities team, you'll support our project management efforts and contribute to the development of first-class workplace and infrastructure solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support project management activities, including project coordination and documentation
- Assist in the planning and implementation of conversion and new construction projects
- Conduct area-specific analyzes and evaluations to inform project decisions
- Process and summarize company-internal work results
- Develop presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to update standard descriptions and process descriptions
What You Bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or college
- Preferred field of study: Architect, civil engineer, construction management, business administration
- Proficiency in MS Office package, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong team player with creative, self-organized, and structured work habits
- Quality awareness, quick perception, flexibility, and interdisciplinary openness
