About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Management Assistant. In this role, you will support the engineering team with daily operations and engage in project activities, defining deliverables and offering solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the engineering team with daily operations, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Engage in project activities, defining deliverables and offering solutions to complex challenges
  • Contribute to optimizing internal processes and tools, improving efficiency and productivity
  • Help in design and content management of internal assets, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Develop collaborative relationships with similar functions across SAP, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Requirements
  • Student (f/m/d) at a university, with a strong academic record and a passion for project management
  • Advanced computer skills, with experience in tools for backlog management (e.g., Jira)
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Demonstrated self-starter, curious and eager to learn, with strong relationship/interpersonal skills
