About the Role

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to provide strategic input to Product Management for future Data Connectivity portfolio.
  • Translate market needs and trends into requirements for next-gen Data Connectivity products.
  • Support product managers on technical questions in customer interactions.
  • Provide business insights and market estimations for innovative ideas.
  • Identify and drive business-relevant initiatives for new Automotive Data Connectivity applications.
  • Drive project activities for new opportunities, including prototype development and sample handling.
  • Facilitate communication between TE and technology providers on development efforts and trends.

Requirements

  • Engineer with a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical function, business development, or product management.
  • Knowledge of contact systems and OEM/HM preferences.
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding.
  • Proactive, dynamic team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent language skills in English and German.
  • Will to travel EMEA/Global.
