Product Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
* Collaborate with the product team to define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Participate in the development and prioritization of the product.
* Analyze user data, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Help coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.
* Assist in organizing and conducting user testing sessions, gathering insights to inform product iterations and enhancements.
* Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including product specs, release notes, and user guides.
* Help manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
* Engage with users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
Requirements:
* Passion for product management and a strong interest in technology and innovation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and provide data-driven solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks is an advantage.
