We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Area HR Operations for Africa-Mediterranean-West Asia (AMWA). As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience, building strong partnerships, and driving impactful HR initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Powerful Partnerships: Collaborate across the HR function in AMWA and beyond, working closely with Country management teams to deliver value-added HR products that empower our employees.
  • Effective HR Solutions: Support Country HR in implementing HR solutions that align with business needs, Group standards, and local regulations.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide high-quality data and analyses to guide decision-making, with your insights being pivotal in driving business success.
  • Innovate with Excellence: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Talent) to evolve our Group HR product and service portfolio, shaping our future with your fresh ideas.
  • Global Impact: Contribute to global HR projects (e.g. Workday).
  • Talent Development: As the Succession Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and preparing talent to step into mission-critical positions, participating in evaluating and monitoring talent programs to ensure their success.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant working experience in HR.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven working style.
  • Strong communication skills and good understanding of a multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent in English.
