**Coordinator Field Marketing CEU (f/m/d)**:
**What this job looks like**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the CEU market, in alignment with corporate objectives and in close consultation with the responsible stakeholder.
- Building a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Identify and exploit market trends and opportunities to generate demand and enhance brand recognition.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to engage customers and prospects in the region CEU.
- First Collaborator for sales and product teams to create targeted marketing materials.
- Track, measure, and report to the responsible stakeholder on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Responsible for budget management in the field marketing area.
- Reporting to the General Manager CEU

**Profile**:

- At least more than 7 years of experience in marketing with a minimum of 2 years in an expert role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the CEU market, including customer behaviors, competition, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership without authority skills, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong Knowledge of SAP ecosystem is advantageous.
- Experience in working with partner is a plus
