Purpose of the Position
The primary objective is to collaborate on projects to deliver exceptional after-sales service and reinforce product repair services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based incident resolution
- Process warranty acceptance and processing from technical services
- Investigate and implement countermeasures to address market incidents
- Conduct technical training for distributor network personnel
- Perform technical audits at distributors to ensure necessary tools and resources for vehicle repairs
- Offer technical support during vehicle repair processes
- Offer on-site support to local dealers as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of electromechanics and/or electronics
- Responsible, methodical, organized individual with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Compensation Package
This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated at around $65,000 per annum, depending on location. Benefits include 28 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and a diverse team environment.
