Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Architect to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis and decomposition for software projects, including customer engagement and workshops.
  • Manage compliance with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
  • Contribute to project planning and provide input on systems engineering tasks.
  • Collaborate with management and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare and present system proposals to customers and offer technical support for sales and marketing activities.
  • Assess design, development, and integration work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in systems engineering and software techniques relevant to our operations.
  • Promote and implement quality engineering practices within the department and support systems engineering process improvement initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor less-experienced department members to support their professional growth.
  • Travel domestically or internationally as needed to fulfill project requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in requirements analysis, preferably using formal requirements management tools.
  • Expertise in software architecture, system decomposition, definition, design, control, interface specification, and systems engineering methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, with the capability to apply standards and procedures effectively.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
