Job Summary
As a Tech Lead Mobile SDK, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled developers to design and develop a cutting-edge mobile SDK solution. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products that meet the company's requirements.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned software engineer to lead a team of developers and contribute to the growth and success of justtrack, a leading SaaS business. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Technical Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software products.
- Code Quality: Ensure that the code produced by the team meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of the project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
- Development: Contribute to the development of the mobile SDK, pushing for innovative solutions and high-impact features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product leads, tech leads, and data scientists to ensure the technical design aligns with product requirements.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, exploring new tools and technologies to improve the development process and promote best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with experience developing and delivering high-quality software products.
- Leadership Skills: Effectively lead a team of developers, providing guidance and direction as they work on a critical part of the company's SaaS platform.
- Mobile Development Experience: Multiple years of experience in Android and/or iOS development, with a strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- CI/CD Experience: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, with experience in implementing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Additional Skills: Experience in Unity and React Native development, mobile SDK development, and Android Privacy Sandbox and/or Apple App Tracking Transparency.
