Wir suchen nach talentierten Absolventen, die sich für eine Karriere in der Commercial-Branche begeistern. Als Graduate Program Manager werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams und werden mit der Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten in verschiedenen Bereichen zu entwickeln, betraut.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Steuerung ausgewählter Wachstumsinitiativen innerhalb unserer Gesellschaften in Deutschland
  • Koordinierung von Projektteams und Sicherstellung des notwendigen Informationstransfers in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Arbeit mit dem Chief Commercial Officer und weiteren Mitgliedern des Top-Managements zusammen
  • Entwicklung von Commercial-Dashboards zur Messung ausgewählter KPIs und Erstellung zugehöriger Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei ausgewählten Marktaktivitäten, Kundenevents und in- und externen Vorträgen

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder ähnliches
  • Erste Berufserfahrung oder entsprechende Praktika im Projektmanagement idealerweise im Bereich Consulting, HR und Financial Services
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Selbstsicheres Auftreten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
