Cyber Security Incident Response Process Lead

Transforming cyber security capabilities on a global scale requires a strategic approach to incident response. As a Cyber Security Incident Response Process Lead at METRO AG, you will play a crucial role in developing and strengthening our entire department. Your expertise in incident response will enable us to respond quickly and effectively to cyber threats, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a global incident response process that meets the needs of our organization
  • Drive improvement of the IR process, focusing on response speed and quality
  • Act as a liaison between cyber defense interfaces, local and global IT, infosec functions, third parties, and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the METRO GROUP wide IT and Information Security community to integrate threat management and intelligence

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in cyber security
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or significant amount of related work experience
  • Hands-on experience in incident response, e.g. in a CERT, CSIRT, or as L3 in a SOC
  • Knowledge on strategic incident response design and process implementation
