Cyber Security Incident Response Process Manager

About the Role:

The Cyber Security Incident Response Process Owner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a global incident response process for METRO AG. This includes driving improvement of the IR process, ensuring adherence to the process, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a global incident response process
  • Drive improvement of the IR process
  • Ensure adherence to the process
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders
  • Lead incident response efforts for major incidents

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in cyber security
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or significant work experience
  • Hands-on experience in incident response
  • Knowledge of strategic incident response design and process implementation
