About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure the delivery of contractually agreed services to our valued clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance the customer's operational experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase understanding and drive business growth.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an international environment and dealing with international customers.
  • Proven experience in a data center or telecommunication sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high customer focus.
  • Fluent in German and English.
