Job Description

Mubea Aerostructures GmbH, a leading supplier of complex components and assemblies for the aerospace industry, is seeking a highly skilled Process Control & Conformance Manager to join their team at the Oberpfaffenhofen location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Assurance and Technical Training team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate the analysis of reported defects and initiate improvements in accordance with legal regulations and norms.
  • Ensure the timely execution of internal FAI/LAI inspections.
  • Develop and implement process improvements through daily improvement rounds with relevant departments and interfaces.
  • Verify, approve, and document changes to manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and qualify customer processes for internal manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate internal audit planning and conduct product and process audits according to internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, customer requirements, and specifications, as well as component documentation (e-CAIR).
  • Act as Compliance Manager (m/w/d) according to EASA Part 21G and 145.
Requirements:
  • Diplom-Ingenieur (m/w/d) in Flugzeugbau/Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d) Produktions-technik, or equivalent education.
  • Auditor training according to DIN ISO 19011.
  • Several years of experience in quality management in the aerospace industry.
  • Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8D/9 Steps/Ishikawa).
  • Good planning and analytical skills.
  • Good SAP R/3 knowledge and secure handling of common MS Office applications.
  • Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
